Our Team In Action
We are grateful for opportunities to spend time side by side with our clients and their communities, helping them strengthen their teams and sharpen their strategic priorities. In addition to our ongoing work facilitating the grantmaking committees and processes for the City of Berkeley’s partnership with Bayer, which provides funds for West Berkeley nonprofits and STEAM education in Berkeley, some project highlights include supporting these clients:
Over the past few months, we led a series of organizational development sessions with 1Hundred Years Enterprise, a Richmond, California-based nonprofit that provides mentorship, life skills training, and workforce development support to youth and young adults impacted by the justice system.
We facilitated a board retreat for Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, which supports people during times of crisis, works to prevent the suicide of those who are actively suicidal, and offers hope and caring during times of hopelessness.
We facilitated a strategic planning refresh and board retreat for Alliance for Smiles, a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco that works internationally to improve and transform the lives of children and communities impacted by cleft lip and palate. They provide free comprehensive treatment while also training and equipping local teams to sustainably provide quality, long-term care.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
We facilitated a series of planning sessions with the staff and board of the Center for Human Development (CHD) as part of guiding the development of their 2025 -2027 strategic plan. CHD provides prevention and wellness services to the most vulnerable youth and families in Contra Costa County.
