We facilitated a strategic planning retreat for the Berkeley Film Foundation board members who gathered at a beautiful retreat location in the Berkeley hills to imagine and plan for the future of the Foundation.

These beautiful artistic renditions are from our March 2026 board and staff strategic planning retreat for the Yerba Buena Gardens Conservancy, a community gem in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Cristina Ibarra, managing director at Yerba Buena Gardens Festival and @ninehundredandone, drew these portraits of retreat participants and facilitators.
